Color Scheme / Logos/ High QualityProfessional Images (No selfies/Phone Images)
Any inspo examples of the desgin style or theme you'd like
Any additional information needed to get started or questions/concerns
 
TURNAROUND TIME
Turnaround time for this item is 7 business days (excludes revision time). Turnaround time begins once all information for the order is sent via the client order detail form after the order is submitted and paid for through the site. If an order is placed after 6 PM EST, the FOLLOWING business day will be considered business day one. Please note: Business days do not include weekends/holidays.
 
RUSH ORDERS
3 Day Rush orders will be accepted on a case-by-case basis for an additional $30. Availability is not guaranteed so please reach out at info@doubleadigitaldesigns.com before placing a rush order.
 
REVISIONS
Banners/Headers include 3 Free Revisions only for Font, Color, or Placement changes. After that, a fee of $15 is required for up to 3 additional revisions. Revisions will be delivered within 1-2 Business Days per request.
 
TIMELINE FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL
Upon delivery of the order, clients have 3 business days to review and request revisions per draft. If no revisions are requested, it will be assumed that the order is approved. Once the order is approved, no more revisions will be made unless a new set of revisions is purchased.
