Shop Policies

Thank you for your interest in working with AA Digital Designs! Before placing a order, please take a moment to review our shop's policies:

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of the services offered AA Digital Designs does NOT provide refunds. If you decide to cancel your order, you will not be refunded. By submitting an order, you (the client) agree to the NO refund policy. 

TURNAROUND TIMES

Turnaround times vary depending on the size and nature of the order. Turnaround time begins once all information for the order is sent via the Client Order Detail Form after order is submitted and paid for through the site. If an order is placed after 6 PM EST, the FOLLOWING business day will be considered business day one. Please note: Business days do not include weekends/holidays.

 

For custom content, the turnaround time is as follows (excluding revision time:

4-Pack - 7 Business Days

8- Pack - 10 Business Days

16- Pack - 14 Business Days

30 - Pack -21 Business Days

For e-flyers, e-banners, and brand templates, the turnaround time is 7 Business days.

RUSH ORDERS

3 Day Rush orders will be accepted on a case-by-case basis for an additional $30. Availability is not guaranteed so please reach out at info@doubleadigitaldesigns.com before placing a rush order.

 

REVISIONS

All orders include 3 Free Revisions per graphic for Font, Color, or Placement changes. After that, a fee of $15 is required for up to 3 additional revisions. Revisions will be delivered within 1-2 Business Days per request.

 

TIMELINE FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL

Upon delivery of the order, clients have 3 Business days to review and request revisions per draft. If no revisions are requested, it will be assumed that the order is approved. Once the order is approved, the order will be closed out and no more revisions will be made unless a new set of revisions are purchased.

DELIVERY

Orders will be delivered via the email used to submit order details.
